We contacted Brian in 1996 when we first decided to make our Management Systems compliant with ISO 9000. Over the following months Brian guided us as we looked at our working practices, making amendments as necessary and then documenting the process. The resulting system therefore represented the way that we worked which in turn complied with the ISO 9000+ TS157 standards. Unlike the experience of many other companies we did not end up with an imposed document “More honoured in the breach than the observance”. When the fateful day arrived in 1997 Brian was on hand for moral support and guidance when faced with unfamiliar questions. VES Precision Ltd., is a more efficient company as a result of our Management Quality Systems an envious position which would have been difficult to achieve without Brian’s support.
